Transmits on 406 MHz (COSPAS-SARSAT) with your registered, digitally-coded security alert; covertly alerting rescue and police authorities that your vessel's security has been compromised. GPS Interface (NMEA 0183) downloads LAT/LON from the Vessel's on board GPS every 20 minutes as allowed; upon activation GPS coordinates accompany the 406 MHz signal reducing the time it takes the proper authorities to locate your position.
